Mike Tomlin UNFILTERED: The Truth About Leading the Steelers, NFL Superstars & Tomlinisms | EP 16

Everyone wants to be the head coach. Nobody talks about how lonely it gets at the top. Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin joins Jason Garrett on Coach2Coach for an unfiltered conversation about the pressure, power, and brutal realities of leading one of the NFL's most iconic franchises. Tomlin reveals how he took over the Steelers at just 34, earned the respect of NFL veterans, and learned why assistants make suggestions, but head coaches make decisions. From coaching Steelers legends T.J. Watt, Cam Heyward, and Hines Ward to explaining his famous Tomlinisms, including "The Standard Is the Standard," Tomlin shares what it takes to manage superstar egos, demand accountability, and build a winning culture. It's lonely at the top — and Mike Tomlin reveals what it really takes to stay there.
