Going to a Museum and a Vegan Deli in West Chester, Pennsylvania

In an attempt to stave off my impending insanity, I spend an afternoon in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where I visit a museum about Chester County. Then I stop at a vegan deli and end up getting one of the best restaurant-made sandwiches I've ever had, plus an unexpected free cookie! Join me on this outing and delay your own gradual descent into madness for at least another nineteen minutes.
