Zoeller BN152 BN-152 Sewage Pump Failure with Blown Capacitor CBB20

My Norweco septic system failed and the cause is a failed component. The Zoeller BN152 0.4 horsepower sewage pump, a mechanically robust unit, suffered a blown capacitor (the big yellow thing). The capacitor is a CBB20 series 20 uF axial model and blew out the side wall and at each end (puffy black blobs on the yellow thing.) It is not available as a spare, separately orderable part from Zoeller. Also, my email to them for guidance from their techical department has gone unanswered. (I will amend this when I hear something.) The pump was installed 3 years before it failed and replaced with the exact same model 25 months ago. Now, the replacement (still at the bottom of the final chamber of the Norweco system) has failed and the crew is coming to replace it too. I will disassemble the most recently failed unit and do a video on it too. Anyone who can point to where I can get a new capacitor is invited to comment. It's likely just a simple solder and secure job, maybe with a little heat-shrink tubing. Also, I need to source the dielectric oil which fills the motor's operating chamber. Zoeller sells 30.5 oz refills, but if I could just drive down the street to a store to get some, I'm sure it would be more convenient. I mentioned two explanations for the failure of this Zoeller BN152 sewage pump (a bad batch of pumps/capacitors or an under-spec'd capacitor) but I should add two more. There is a possibility that the design of the Norweco system specified a pump which was too weak. If the pump is too weak, that might lead to early failure. Failing all these reasons, there is the possibility that plain-old bad luck is at play here. I think not, however.
