How To Fit Tucano Urbano Muffs to an Adventure Bike

I finally succumbed to the winter cold and bought a set of Tucano Urbano handle bar muffs. for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to fit them with the hand guards in place, then I figured out you had to remove them.
