My K-8 is the PNP version with a 70mm ducted airfoil, and I opted for the 80mm ducted airfoil assembly. Next time, I'll test the flight performance of the 80mm version. This aircraft was extremely well-prepared from the factory; all electrical systems and linkages were installed, and assembly took only 10 minutes. All the realistic parts, except for the small nose antenna, are detachable, and the extra-long pitot tube has a storage hole inside the fuselage, which is very user-friendly. This K8 aircraft is entirely constructed from EPO foam, resulting in a remarkably smooth and even painted surface where the foam is barely noticeable. It features numerous realistic detail stickers, with exquisitely detailed tiny lettering. It's equipped with three CNC-machined metal shock-absorbing landing gears, offering high strength and elasticity, and three high-brightness navigation lights to enhance its aesthetic appeal. It also features a dual-purpose cockpit; simply peel off the tape to install the FPV cockpit. Equipped with a Flying Wing Guardian gyroscope, it withstood 4-5 level gusts during its flight test, but the stabilizing gyroscope effectively mitigated the impact of turbulence on aircraft stability. It boasts excellent low-speed performance, and the 70 ducted version is even lighter, making it ideal for beginner practice and recreational flying. However, its power also supports large loops and vertical climbs, resulting in a very well-rounded overall performance.
