Eye Candy with 3 bedrooms and a Porch - The HAVEN

What a beautiful home. You'll love the open space. The kitchen has a huge preparation island with bar stool seating. You also get a generous amount of storage and the wonderful "sidekick" fridge/freezer. Warm up in front of the wood burning fireplace or head to the retreat for a quiet place to read and relax. The large bedrooms will make it easy for furniture placement. Guest or kids will enjoy the oversized guest bathroom with all that extra storage too. The master suite is complimented by an incredible bathroom. A large 72" tile shower with the "shower tower" will wash the stress away or perhaps you'd rather soak in the Diana tub. Either way, it's a great place to relax and enjoy. Adding the optional porch on the end is a great feature. If you need to clean up before coming into the primary living area the oversized mudroom is your ticket. Take a look around. You can choose your own colors for cabinets, counters, flooring, wall colors, appliances, etc. Please let me know your thoughts. Floor plans and additional information is available by calling Bill Wilkins at 325-480-2014 or email billw@oakcreekhomes.com. The home has a base price at the factory in the mid 140's. It's available for delivery to Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisiana.
