So today is the Day 1 of our 7 Days Skin Transformation Challenge In this series we are going to discuss as to how can we suppress and cure all skin related issues like ACNES , DARK SPOTS , PIGMENTATION , PIMPLES , Tanned Skin , loose skin ( in case of premature aging ) , Large open pores and achieve a Healthy and Glowing clear Skin. We are going to use homemade cleanser today which is an integral and crucial part of Skin Care , if you ignore it , then it may call for issues like Acne ( Blackheads , Whiteheads ) and gradually open pores. Try this cleanser and your skin will feel cleansed and glowing in the first application itself. Home Remedy : Take 2 Tbs of Oatmeal Powder add milk as per the consistency you like Substitute of Milk ( For Those who were asking ) Normal or Dry Skin : Water + Honey Oily Skin : Rose Water CORRECTION : By mistake I referred Oats as Jo ka Atta I had to say Jai ka Atta , however you can use Barley ( Jo ) ka Atta too as its equally good for the skin.
