SHDA NatCon 2026 | Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. on Power the Powerless

At the 34th SHDA National Developers Convention, Joy~Nostalg Group Executive Officer Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. delivered the talk “Power the Powerless: Building Homes. Creating Opportunity. Transforming Communities Through Synergy.” In this speech, Mr. Ng shares how Joy~Nostalg responds to the challenges of housing, energy, and community development through three principles: Empathy, Ecosystem, and Enterprise. He explains why social development must go beyond isolated solutions and instead create systems where housing, energy, livelihood, education, and other needs work together. He also highlights NING*NING as an example of how renewable energy and socialized housing can come together to create what Joy~Nostalg calls redemptive energy. At the heart of the message is a simple idea: the goal is not to make people dependent on our power, but to create systems through which they can gain power of their own. #JoyNostalg #SHDANatCon2026 #PowerThePowerless #HomeTheHomeless #SocializedHousing #NINGNING
