2015 Traverse Bad Ground

2015 Traverse bad ground causing all kinds of weird problems intermittently. Sometimes the dash would display a foreign language! Due to the fact that the customer stated that the problems go away with their scanner plugged in i figured it had to be something with the grounds for pins 4 or 5 at the DLC
