I have constructed a cube using 8x8 WS2812B RGB LED panels and an ESP32-C3 Super Mini running WLED software. 5 of the panels are glued together at their edges to form an open top box, and the 6th panel is connected to the box using male and female headers. The panels are electrically daisy chained so they act as one complete panel in the WLED software. I have used 4 reclaimed "street lithium" cells connected in parallel to supply the power via a charge/discharge module that boosts the 3.7v to 5.1v output from the USB type-A socket. The ESP32-C3 Super Mini has the latest version of WLED installed and is more than capable of running the 384 RGB LED's. The lithium cells probably last around 2 to 3 hours depending on the effects being displayed. I was inspired to build the cube by this video    • How I Turned £20 of AliExpress RGB Panels ...   I don't own a 3D printer so I decided to just glue the boards together, I think it worked really well. This video has been produced using DaVinci Resolve. #wled #ws2812b #rgbled #rgbledlight #esp32project #esp32-c3 #ledcube #8x8x8ledcube Music: 'E Dance' by Giulio Fazio #Uppbeat https://uppbeat.io/c/giulio-fazio License code: BUV6HZCKCSFV3X7J
