This ONE Pedal Could Replace Your Guitar Amp?! | Thermion Roadhouse

Could this ONE pedal replace your guitar amp for gigs, recording and practice? In this video, we review the Thermion Roadhouse, a compact analogue guitar amplifier, speaker modeller and USB recording interface designed to give you a complete guitar rig without the size, weight or complexity of a traditional amplifier setup. The Thermion Roadhouse features two fully independent channels — Clean and Overdrive — each with its own Gain, Volume and three-band EQ controls. Add a footswitchable Boost to each channel and you've got four distinct analogue voices, taking you from warm cleans and classic rock crunch through to saturated high-gain guitar tones. But there's much more going on here than a conventional amp-in-a-box pedal. The Roadhouse features Thermion's Analog Speaker Modeling, allowing you to select between 1x12 and 4x12 cabinets, Vintage 30 and Greenback speakers, SM57 and E906 microphone types, and on-axis or off-axis microphone positions. Dedicated Presence and Resonance controls let you fine-tune the feel and response of your direct guitar sound — all without diving into menus or scrolling through presets. There's also a built-in USB-C recording interface compatible with computers and mobile devices, three selectable reverbs, an effects loop, headphone output and auxiliary input for practising along with backing tracks. With dedicated balanced XLR, Preamp Out and Pedal Out connections, the Roadhouse can integrate with a PA system, guitar amplifier, power amp or recording setup. Whether you're playing live, recording at home or building a compact pedalboard rig, it's designed to make great guitar tones more accessible. But how does it actually sound? Can an all-analogue amp and speaker modelling system deliver convincing clean, crunch and high-gain tones? And could the Thermion Roadhouse genuinely replace a traditional guitar amp for the way you play? Check it out here: https://www.thermion.eu/en/amplifiers...
