Strong WOMAN 101 Deuce Gym

Such a great workout at Deuce Gym in Venice. I love trying new things and getting uncomfortable. I will definitely be dabbling in strongman types of training. That feeling of picking up heavy things is such a high (meathead talk) Thank you Coach Justin (@jjarel) for kicking my ass!
