After requesting the hotel team, we were offered an upgrade to a Luxury Room, which completely changed the experience and even came with a bathtub! 🛁 💰 Price: Around ₹7,000 including breakfast for one night The biggest highlight for me at Taj was definitely the hospitality and service. The staff was extremely welcoming, attentive and made the stay feel special. Even the toiletries and overall in-room experience felt more premium. ⸻ 🏨 Hotel 2: ITC Mughal, Agra Next, we stayed at ITC Mughal, one of Agra’s iconic luxury properties and widely known as the city’s first five-star hotel. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with large open lawns, gardens and plenty of space, giving it a very grand resort-like feel. 🌿 💰 Price: Around ₹11,000 for one room, including breakfast and dinner However, when it came to my personal experience with service and hospitality, I preferred Taj. The overall attention to guests and warmth of the staff at Taj stood out much more to me. So, which one would I choose? 🤔 👉 For beautiful open spaces and a grand property experience, ITC Mughal is a great choice. 👉 But for service, hospitality and an overall premium guest experience, Taj personally stood out for me.
