Fern's Bedtime Animal Adventure | A Calm Bedtime Story

The sun is long gone and the moon is round and golden above the sleeping forest, but Fern the little fox cannot quite sleep yet — so she pulls on her teal vest and steps outside with a small lantern. She would like to say goodnight to every single friend: ten of them, all warm, all tucked in. First the owl, reading the whole sky from the highest branch. Then the hedgehog, curled in a nest of leaves no bigger than a teacup. Then the bunny with her long ears folded down like curtains, the badger dreaming in his deep warm den, and the bear asleep in the coziest cave of all. Out on the path again, she finds a deer on a bed of moss, a tawny fox kit by the reeds, a rabbit on her way home, a possum holding up a tiny lamp, and a snail carrying its own little house to bed. The clearing fills with fireflies, like a hundred tiny lanterns, and one lands softly on the tip of her paw. At last her own den: the lamp is warm, her bed is turned down, and she tucks her tail over her nose. Ten friends, all cosy, all dreaming. Goodnight, little forest. A long, slow bedtime story for little ones, preschool and kindergarten — a read-aloud pace with long pauses, a soft lullaby underneath, and no sudden loud sounds. 00:00 The Night Begins 00:34 Fern Sets Out 01:12 Tonight's Plan 01:35 Goodnight to Friend 1 01:57 Goodnight to Friend 2 02:18 Goodnight to Friend 3 02:40 Goodnight to Friend 4 03:01 Goodnight to Friend 5 03:30 On the Quiet Path 03:44 Moonlight and Fireflies 03:59 Goodnight to Friend 6 04:20 Goodnight to Friend 7 04:42 On the Quiet Path (2) 04:49 Goodnight to Friend 8 05:11 Goodnight to Friend 9 05:32 Goodnight to Friend 10 05:54 On the Quiet Path (3) 06:09 Moonlight and Fireflies (2) 06:54 Home 07:16 Sleep 07:53 Goodnight More from Little Ocean Dreams: animal facts for kids, gentle bedtime stories and preschool learning videos for ages 2-8. #BedtimeStories #BedtimeAnimalStory #CalmStory
