MennoX | Not Twenty Anymore | Official Audio

Getting older isn't always what we imagined. Sometimes it's actually better. “Not Twenty Anymore” is a feel-good R&B and soul-pop song about growing older, laughing at yourself and realizing that you don't need to turn back time to enjoy life. The questionable haircuts. The mistakes that seemed enormous at the time. The opinions that used to matter so much. And the freedom that comes with finally feeling comfortable being yourself. This song isn't about wishing you were young again. It's about appreciating where you are right now, with a few more wrinkles, a little more experience and hopefully a lot more laughter. *“I'm not twenty anymore, and I like it like that.”* With a laid-back guitar groove, warm bass, soulful male vocals and a touch of humor, this song celebrates growing older without taking yourself too seriously. *What is one thing you appreciate more about life now than you did when you were younger?* Share your answer in the comments.
