THE CHARACTER OF THE KINGDOM | Matthew 5:1–12

THE CHARACTER OF THE KINGDOM | Matthew 5:1–12 (KJV) KINGDOM LIVING Sermon Series | Pastor Terrance Gibson What does it truly mean to be a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven? In this message from our KINGDOM LIVING sermon series, Pastor Terrance Gibson of Jesus's Love Ministries takes us verse by verse through Matthew 5:1–12, where Jesus begins the Sermon on the Mount with the Beatitudes. The world measures success by wealth, power, popularity, and recognition. But Jesus reveals that true blessedness begins with a transformed heart. In this sermon, we examine what it means to be poor in spirit, to mourn, to demonstrate meekness, to hunger and thirst after righteousness, to show mercy, to be pure in heart, to become peacemakers, and to remain faithful through persecution. KINGDOM PRINCIPLE: Kingdom living is not about appearing righteous before people. It is about a heart transformed by Jesus Christ. 📖 Main Scripture: Matthew 5:1–12 (KJV) 📖 Supporting Scripture: Romans 12:2 ABOUT OUR MINISTRY Jesus Is Love Ministries Pastor Terrance Gibson Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teach the uncompromising Word of God, make disciples, and encourage believers to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe in teaching Scripture faithfully, allowing the Bible to interpret the Bible, and pointing people to Jesus rather than ourselves. Our desire is to sow and water the seed of God's Word, trusting God to give the increase. “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6 (KJV) CONNECT WITH OUR MINISTRY 🌐 Website: https://tntone.org ⛪ Ministry: Jesus Is Love Ministries 🎙️ Speaker: Pastor Terrance Gibson 📖 Series: KINGDOM LIVING — The Sermon on the Mount If this message has encouraged you, please LIKE, SHARE, SUBSCRIBE, and leave a comment.
