60 second freestyle description: You gotta sell it like you’re actually driving… Hit a HARD jab with your front foot of the leg you’re crossing between, as the ball is going between your legs. Shift your weight with the ball as you cross over & then push the ground away & hop back a little to create separation. The idea is to get your defender moving backwards on their heels on the BTL Working on speeding up your “pick up” of the ball off the dribble & into the shot helps a lot too.
