Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2| Welcome Cyra

The first time I officially thought about making more female characters from the Dee & Bobo series. Today I have created Cyra Cyclone. She is a classmate friend of Dee and Kasumi, and the girlfriend of Jameson Nucleus. She is inspired by Cindy Vortexx from Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
