Chaka Khan October New Moon Meditation

October’s New Moon arrives in Libra, and this one is all about finding your balance. Libra reminds us to look at the relationships in our lives, the energy we’re giving away, and the places where we may need a little more peace, honesty, or harmony. For this month’s New Moon Meditation, I invite you to quiet the noise and make space for what feels mutual, healthy, and true. Take a few minutes with me. Breathe and reset.
