Project Justice: Nagare Namikawa

This dude's limbs are so l o n g. One good poke from him and he'll be doing his staple combo. He relies a bit on meter. He needs it to deal more damage. There is kind of a long combo where he can gain a bar of meter easily, but it takes a lot of effort for doing that since he requires high execution.
