For example, their bag tagging machines were accurate, as well as their gate boards and their Orange County/Santa Ana airport. Their non-plastic drink cups were also real-life accurate. However, a few small things to point out--the runways at Seattle were white, and I do think that Orange County could use some more restaurants/stores and some restrooms to enhance the realism factor. Furthermore, the in-flight menu could be made accurate to Alaska's real menu instead of what I was given onboard this flight. Airport: 4.5/6 The airports of this flight--Orange County and Seattle--receive a score of 4.5. Orange County was pretty detailed, but it could use more restaurants/stores and restrooms. Furthermore, Seattle's runways were white for some reason, but the terminals and the airport itself overall was accurate to its real life counterpart. Seat: 4/6 The seat deserves a score of 4/6. It was accurate to its real life counterpart at Alaska and featured a working and animated tray table. Additionally, the seat also featured functioning recline that was quite generous for a main cabin seat. IFE: 0/6 Unfortunately, there was no IFE or PED. Hopefully a PED system is added in the future. Trivia WAS featured, but only for 1 question which does not deserve a point. Food: 4/6 The food was one of the things that I believe Alaska should touch up upon a bit more. While I did like that their non-plastic cups were accurate to the real ones on Alaska, their menu wasn't real-life accurate and that can be easily fixed. Furthermore, more restaurants at Orange County would be nice. Service: 3/6 The service aboard Alaska today was lacking somewhat. I found that the staff members at the gate were a bit unhelpful in getting me aboard the aircraft, as they just stood there telling me I was in the wrong lane while I physically was stuck in the premium line. The service during both check-in and during the flight was also a bit slow in my opinion. TOTAL SCORE: 22/40 Alaska Airlines received a moderate score of 22 points during this flight. I found that they were lacking in some areas today, such as their food/beverages section and their service section which could be worked on a bit more. The nonexistent IFE was also a bit disappointing, but that could come in the form of even just a longer magazine instead of a fully functioning seat-back screen which some real-life airlines don't feature.
