Phase 4 Mehrshahr From the northern part of this phase, the Karaj-Qazvin highway can be seen. To the south are apple orchards and to the west is the town of Darya. It stretches from 506 West Street to 525 West Street and continues from the east side from 402 Street to 415 East Street. فاز 4 مهرشهر از قسمت شمالی این فاز، اتوبان کرج قزوین به چشم می‌خورد. جنوب آن ،باغات سیب است و سمت غربی شهرک دریا قرار دارد. سمت شرقی نیز بلوار یادگار امام. به دلیل نزدیکی به اتوبان شاید تا حدودی هوا نسبت به مناطق دیگر مهرشهر آلوده باشد. اما از نظر امکانات و دسترسی عالی است. چندین تره بار و مدارس متعدد در کنار مراکز درمانی و ورزشگاه‌ها و بسیاری امکانات شهری مانند دفاتر پیشخوان و در فاز چهارم به راحتی در دسترس است. از خیابان 506 غربی تا خیابان 525 غربی امتداد دارد و از سمت شرق نیز از خیابان 402 تا خیابان 415 شرقی ادامه پیدا کرده است.
