What really happens when you stop trying to control everything? Biblical surrender doesn't mean you stop caring. It means you stop living as if everything depends on you.
If you lie awake replaying problems, planning for every bad outcome, or trying to hold everything together, this Bible study is for you.
We look at five passages, each read in its setting:
Matthew 6 — why worry can't add a single hour to your life
Nehemiah 4 — why they prayed AND set a guard
1 Peter 5 — what "casting your anxieties" really pictures
Luke 22 — Jesus' honest prayer in Gethsemane, and what happened next
Philippians 4 — a peace that guards your heart before the answer comes
At the end, you'll get a simple two-column exercise. It helps you separate what is yours to do from what you can hand to God.
