The adventure begins from the beautiful village of Jispa, following the crystal-clear Bhaga River, before crossing the iconic Darcha Bridge, the longest bridge in Himachal Pradesh. From there, we climb towards the majestic Shinkhula Pass, the gateway to the mesmerizing Zanskar Valley. This ride is not just about stunning landscapes—it's also about overcoming challenges. During this journey, I unfortunately crashed my drone in Zanskar. It was a heartbreaking moment, but the ride had to continue. Sometimes, the biggest adventures begin when things don't go as planned. As we descend into the magical Zanskar Valley, you'll witness endless mountain landscapes, the beautiful Kargyak River, and finally the legendary Gonbo Rangjon—a sacred standalone mountain near Kargyak Village, often called the Guardian of Zanskar. Revered by locals and known as the Crown of Mahakal, its untouched summit and pyramid-like shape make it one of the most spiritual and iconic mountains in the Himalayas. Finally, we reach the vibrant town of Padum, the heart of Zanskar, marking the end of an unforgettable day filled with adventure, emotions, and breathtaking Himalayan scenery.
