Pattaya Beyond the Beaches 🇹🇭 | Big Buddha & Sanctuary of Truth

In this Thailand travel vlog, we spend another day exploring Pattaya, visiting two of the city's most famous attractions- the Big Buddha of Pattaya and the incredible Sanctuary of Truth, before catching a flight to Koh Samui! We start our day early in the morning at the Big Buddha of Pattaya, one of the city's most popular landmarks. Visiting early turned out to be a great decision as it helped us avoid the bigger crowds and enjoy the area in a much more peaceful atmosphere. We also share some useful tips on the best time to visit Pattaya's attractions, especially if you want to avoid the heat and crowds. Later, we make our way to the Sanctuary of Truth Pattaya, one of the most spectacular places we visited during our time in Pattaya. This incredible structure is made entirely from intricately carved wood and is filled with unbelievable craftsmanship and detail. The Sanctuary of Truth brings together influences and ideas from ancient Thai, Hindu, Chinese and other Asian cultures and religions, making it much more than just a beautiful building. Throughout the vlog, we also share our experience and tips for exploring Pattaya, including when we think it's best to visit the city's attractions and how to make the most of your time there. After finishing our Pattaya adventure, it was finally time to say goodbye to the city and head to our next destination. We took a short flight from Pattaya to Koh Samui, which was around an hour, and after a long day of exploring and travelling, we finally arrived in Koh Samui and checked into our hotel.
