Elven Archers Face a Massive Orc Charge | Bannerlord LOTR

Elves fight at range for as long as they possibly can. Orcs exist to close that range. Everything about this battle comes down to those two facts. Roughly 2000 orcs advance across open ground into elven volleys, and the elves have a limited number of arrows before it turns into a melee. Every second the orcs spend crossing that gap costs them bodies. Every arrow that misses is one the elves will want back later. Simulated in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord with the LOTR mod.
