The Crisis of Identity - Man in this World

The ideas presented in this video are adapted from German philosopher Hans Zehrer's 1952 work Man in this World (Der Mensch in dieser Welt), recommended to me by Noble Thumos here on YouTube. In the age of identity politics AKA peak nihilism, it is more relevant than ever, and Zehrer cuts to the heart of the problem better than anyone I have seen. Finding a copy of this book can be difficult, especially an English translation, but I recommend you track one down if you are interested. The style of this video is different because I feel it better conveys Zehrer's deeply personal message. Most footage used from: Motion Places Pixabay
