Boeing 737 Crashes on Takeoff at New York LaGuardia Airport - USAir Flight 5050

On September 20th, 1989, a Boeing 737-401 registration N416US, tried to take off under the command of a recently certificated first officer, but a series of errors turned the flight into an unfortunate ocurrence.
