I Camped Alone in a Remote Norwegian National Park

I spent a night alone in the remote wilderness of Gutulia National Park in Norway, hiking into the forest with everything I needed for a night of wild camping and landscape photography. Gutulia is Norway's smallest national park, and at the heart of it lies Gutulisjøen — a beautiful, remote lake surrounded by old forests and mountains. I found a small island in the lake where I could camp for the night, reaching it by carefully walking across the rocks. The weather changed constantly during the trip, from rain and heavy clouds to beautiful evening and morning light. I spent the evening photographing the landscape, cooking, relaxing by the lake, and waiting to see if the weather would finally give me the conditions I was hoping for. The following morning, I woke up early for another photography session at sunrise before packing up and leaving the island.
