TOP Unveils Rainbow Coalition, Vows to “Reset” Kwara Ahead of 2027

As the political atmosphere ahead of the 2027 elections gradually takes shape in Kwara State, a new political movement, the OToGe Progressives (TOP), says it is determined to “reset” the state by working with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and other political forces to challenge the present administration, while supporting President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid. The group stated this at the launch of its Rainbow Coalition in Ilorin the state capital, where leaders, including Senator Ibrahim Oloriegbe and Chairman of the APC Elders Caucus, Elder James Ayeni, expressed concerns over what they described as inadequate transformative development despite huge federal allocations to the state.
