This set was recorded live, at a Digital Chemistry party, in Belgrade, Serbia. It was performed with utilizing 3-4 channels, without any external software, sync buttons, hot cues, and without practice or testing of any kind. It was passionately crafted, with a lot of synths, sequences, and leads created specifically for each track played. The set contains 50 different Psy-Trance tracks, crafted samples, and edited tracks from other genres. This is my first attempt at the new concept: NEW GAME+ Equipment used: Pioneer DJM-A9 4x Pioneer XDJ-700 WHY NEW GAME+??? NEW GAME+ is a video game term - a game mode that lets you start a new playthrough, after completing the game, while carrying over certain progress, items, abilities, or upgrades from your previous playthrough. It also increases the difficulty or adds new challenges. As a lifelong gamer, and a DJ/producer for the last 24 years, this name came to me without a thought, considering that normal DJ-ing became somewhat dull for me, and I was looking to make it more challenging and most importantly, fun. More yapping: The most challenging part for me was actually never practicing this set - I have never had dj equipment in my home, nor I have spent time learning anywhere else, ever - all the experience I have comes from playing for you who read this at parties, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I did have all of it planned out, prepared, edited, arranged, and have spent weeks preparing all of the sequences, editing music from other genres and my side-project tracks, but there were things I could only anticipate with actually dj-ing, so I made a couple of mistakes, and wasted a lot of my time doing things I really didn't have to. I was advised by friends to edit the mistakes out, but nah, both happened by leaving a channel up searching for cue, because the sequences I exported were ending on their own pace, so I wasn't inclined to pull the slider down xD. Anyway, this set alone had me learn so much about what my vision is for this concept. The next one will be improved many times over.
