GREAT GM: Creating Names for anything on the fly for RPGS (Game Master Tips)

We discuss creating names for pretty much anything in your Role playing session. Names that still sound good and can be made up on the spot when your PC's decide they absolutely have to know the name of the one serving girl in the Banquet hall.
