Ravi Sarma You’ve Never Seen Before | Tell Me Your Story Ep. 12

For more than two decades, Ravi Sarma has been one of the most recognisable faces of Assamese cinema. But behind the films, characters and public image is a much more personal story, one shaped by childhood, changing ambitions, successes, failures and the lessons that come with living a life in the public eye. In this episode of Tell Me Your Story, host Meghalii Basak sits down with Ravi Sarma for a deeply personal conversation about his early life, childhood, his journey through Assamese cinema, how the film industry has changed over the years, and how his understanding of success, failure and life itself has evolved with time. Ravi Sarma is one of Assam's most prominent actors, with a career in Assamese cinema dating back to Hiya Diya Niya in 2000. Over the years, he has appeared in films including Nayak, Barood, Tumi Aahibaane, Sri Raghupati and Rudra, while also maintaining a strong connection with Assam's mobile theatre tradition.
