He has led teams at General Motors and MITRE, delivering innovative solutions in advanced analytics and vehicle safety research. He currently serves as the research and telematics lead for the Partnership for Analytics Research in Traffic Safety (PARTS), developing and executing insightful real-world analyses related to advanced driver assistance systems and automated driving systems. He holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Research Physics from Eastern Michigan University. Erin Milligan: Erin Milligan is CEO of P3Mobility, a software and consulting Company which supports the private financing and monetization of V2X services for connected and automated vehicles. Erin has a diverse leadership and business background which includes top operational and Board level roles in start-ups, growth stage companies, not-for-profit organizations and large for-profit enterprises. For nearly two decades she has worked to invest in and build companies with disruptive technologies including automotive, software, media and gaming. For the last 8 years she has been dedicated to accelerating the deployment of V2X with a sustainable business model. Erin is an active member in a variety of industry organizations including Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITSA), Center for Connected and Automated Transportation (CCaT) and Praxis Labs, a global business accelerator. Erin also has an extensive consulting background and was a Worldwide Partner and Practice Leader at Mercer, one of the world’s largest global consulting firms and worked at their offices in both Canada and the USA. She holds a JD from York University and a BA in Mathematics from University of Western Ontario. Erin is a dual Canadian-US citizen who has resided in the US for over 25 years, spending time and building networks in multiple locations across North America. Brett Odom: Brett Odom is NAMIC’s Policy Vice President for Auto & Alternative Vehicles, where he leads policy analysis and strategic guidance on legislative and regulatory issues impacting automobile insurance, alternative vehicle technologies, and riskbased pricing across P&C markets. He works closely with NAMIC members to interpret emerging trends and shape industry positions. Since entering the insurance industry in 1996, Odom has built deep expertise in auto claims and broader P&C operations, along with experience in the life and health sector. His career includes senior leadership roles directing claims organizations serving both personal and commercial lines. Odom holds a bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management from Indiana State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Howie Sun: Howie Sun is the CEO and Co-founder of Inchor, a company building a trusted safety layer for physical AI, starting with autonomous vehicles. His work focuses on using Agentic World Models (AWMs) to generate corner cases, test autonomous systems, and enable independent safety assessment. He previously led research in simulation, behavior modeling, and safety verification for autonomous driving. At Inchor, he is working to build a more measurable and trustworthy foundation for physical AI. #ccat #ccatSymposium
