Taking it back to celebrate all of the minis performing in their first team numbers this season! ❤️ There’s something so exhilarating about being a mini and getting the chance to dance alongside the “big kids” and the entire dance team. I remember Charlotte heading out to SSM to learn this number with her team. She had just 30 minutes to learn the first piece of choreography, repeat it, drill it, and then off the minis went to the practice room on their own. She knew she had to be ready when she was brought back to dance with the whole crew. Her eyes lit up. She knew she had to make sure she made the cut. That day was just one small example of what helped set the tone for her work ethic and determination: practice hard, have grit, go full out, bring full energy, and be as big and bold as you are. Those early team experiences taught her much more than choreography. They teach you to step up, believe in yourself, work hard, and earn your place on the stage.
