Bromo pattern in Mass Spectrometry

Mass Spectrometry is an important technique used to find molecular formula and molecular structure. When a molecule has one or more bromine atoms in it, its mass spectrum displays a specific pattern of peaks on the basis of which we can find whether the molecule has one, two, three or more bromine atoms in it.
