Under Eyes Pre-Makeup Treatment

Hey yall. The bags under my undereyes were heavy. I had to really go into my product bag and pull out everything I had. Its a reoccurring issue. My undereyes are the lightest part of my face causing the illusion of dark circles. Also when I don't get enough sleep my undereyes are going to tell it.
