New Knobby Tires on the Wallke H9 – Real Dirt Test + Bike Shop Fix Back on the bike after a short break. I put on a new set of 20x4 knobby tires and ran into trouble with the rear install. The derailleur broke and the chain seized on the first test ride. Took it to Do Bike & Fitness in Brookings, SD — Terry did a great job getting it sorted. Shop link: https://www.dobikeandfitness.com/ Now the real test: Freewheel speed still ~38.8 mph (no loss) Noticeably better grip on loose dirt and washboard Steep hill climb improved from 18 mph to 20 mph So far I’m really happy with the traction.
