TAX AND ATTACKS! Legacy Boros Land Tax Aggro-Prison. Nahiri and Emrakul with Blood Moon MTG

I play a Magic the Gathering Online Legacy league with Land Tax Boros, a brew challenge from Patreon subscriber Joyami. I was tasked to build around the card Land Tax, a previously-banned card advantage engine for decks with lots of basic lands. I wanted to build something new, rather that rehash the usual Azorius control Sroll Rack shells. I leaned into Red's Blood Moon Stompy mana base with the rummage looting mechanic, primarily on the back of Fable of the Mirror Breaker. In Boros we also get Nahiri, the Harbinger, a prison and control build-around planeswalker from another age. She loots, she removes problems, and eventually she hits with Emrakul!
