The Honorable Mayor of the City of Folsom, Justin Raithel, inaugurated the event. This year's theme — "বৈচিত্র্যের রঙে ঐক্যের আলপনা | Where Diversity Colors the Canvas of Unity" — came alive on stage with 25 performances by 20+ young stars and 50+ adult performers, plus two lively quiz shows: a tribute to the iconic Ramna Batamul, the songs and recitations of Rabindranath and Nazrul, a regional diversity tour of Jhumur, Monipuri, Sylheti folk and Barishal's Bhatiyali, 12 beautifully choreographed dances, and a high-energy flash mob.
