A bite of this flavorful beauty consists of lamb tongue that melts in your mouth wrapped in some freshly baked baguette, the salty crunch that comes from the pickles mixed in with some tomatoes, mayo, onion and parsley… wow, what a magical combination. You just gotta close your eyes and recognize every single texture and flavor in your mouth. Back home, this was one of our favorite late nights dinners, with a bottle of Coca-Cola. Good times. .
