🔴 Super Paper Mario but Enemies are 10x Faster 🔴

I've tried time and time again to make Super Paper Mario into the difficult video game that it never shipped as, and this time we're gonna see what happens if every enemy and boss in the game moves 10 times their normal speed. This also applies to non-enemy NPCs because of the way the game is programmed which leads to some INCREDIBLE cutscenes. Shoutouts to @TheLilyLawliet for making this mod. Super Paper Mario is programmed like doodoo so there are some janky effects and workarounds to make as much of the game work like this as possible. This mod will not be released publicly because it contains at least 1 issue that can't be circumvented without cheating or changing the mod in a way that makes the rest of it way less fun lmao #thedon
