In The Lab Ep.2: Inside the Point Loma Biomechanics Lab

We traveled to San Diego to visit the Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU) Biomechanics Lab for Episode 2 of our "In the Lab" series. Led by Founding Director Arnel Aguinaldo, this facility represents the absolute gold standard in MLB-level motion capture.
