EPISODE 68 - ALEXANDER JACOBY

WHERE WERE YOU IN 2009? Fernando Alonso was taking his last podium with Renault and closing off one of the most successful partnerships in Formula 1 history, as the two-time World Champion announced his move to Scuderia Ferrari for the following year. During that 2009 season, a racing driver and current Alonso protégé was born. 17-year-old Alexander Jacoby is a racer who has recently won the European Le Mans Series in the LMP3 class. The Brazilian-American of German descent is coached by Alonso via the latter's company, A14 Management. Through this, the Spaniard guides Jacoby in his path to one day emulate Fernando as WEC champion. Apart from his time in endurance racing, Alexander has also participated in two seasons of Spanish Formula 4 and in a few races of Brazilian Formula 4. #racing #motorsport #cars #formula1
