This song has everything! Every section has something interesting going on. It starts with a great guitar riff before moving into a really cool verse part, complete with a cheeky bar of 2 thrown in to catch you out. Then there's a brilliant chorus with some really nice chords and picking parts that actually reminded me a little of Under The Bridge. But just WAIT until we get to the middle section and guitar solo! This is where things get seriously technical. There are some amazing guitar parts to figure out, and the phrasing in the solo is incredible. Getting everything under the fingers and stitching the whole song together was a proper challenge. Definitely one where you're going to want the TAB! In this video, we cover: • The opening guitar riff • The verse guitar part • That cheeky bar of 2 • The chorus chords • The picking guitar parts • The middle/break section • The guitar solo • The solo phrasing • How all the different sections fit together • A full playthrough of the guitar parts There is SO much to learn from this song. Riffs, rhythm, chords, picking, unusual timing, technical lead playing and some absolutely brilliant phrasing.
