How to solved 3142 fault and 3236 and 3164 in Cummins

in this vehicle two fault was active 3236 , 3142 and one fault was inactive 3164 when we checked the current on SCR temperature sensor we found the current was okay but when we removed the temperature sensor for checking we found the sensor was Brocken in side so the temperature was showing wrong it was showing 650degree but it is not a valid temparature it was fouls so all problems was occurring after replacement the problem got solved.
