Zumba Gold Balance / Shining Star

Ready to cool down and work on balance with a classic number one hit from Earth, Wind & Fire? Shining Star is a positive and uplifting setting for improving your (or your students) balance while cooling down at the end of a workout. There are multiple options - from beginner (level 1) all the way to level 4 options you can choose from throughout this song. We set up level 1 on the shorter first verse, then go through all the other levels (including weight shifting) on the second, much longer verse. Want to try another balance challenge?
