Fidar Beach House est un restaurant de 300 m2 pouvant accueillir 260 personnes réparties entre le bar, l'espace intérieur et la terrasse. L'établissement qui donne sur une plage a été entièrement habillé avec des pierres nobles et des boiseries. « On voulait créer un endroit les pieds dans l'eau que les clients puissent s'approprier. Un lieu à la fois très proche et très loin de Beyrouth », explique Wida Saadé, gérante et copropriétaire du restaurant, qui a investi 550 000 dollars avec cinq autres associés. Au menu, on trouve une cuisine méditerranéenne comme des raviolis aux fruits de mer, des arancini ou du poisson grillé.
