Eastern drone: Layering up octaves

Using a Fender Shields Blender, EHX Cathedral on reverse mode and a DD-3 to create a drone that can be built upon. Using La Monte Young’s theory of exploring all avenues of what you can do with just one note, I have devised my own method for making the one note interesting by sustaining and then using a delay to hold / freeze it and then play over the top of it using different octaves of that note #drone #easternmusic #lamonteyoung #johncale #loureed #delay #shoegaze #dreampop
