New Vegas Drivables Is It a Bird, Is It a Plane Yes, Actually

first pass at the plane - vanilla asset with some rotors grafted on it's pretty hard to take off (you can see me hitting things - the impact weights need to be tuned down a fair whack) and landing is... a challenge. no air/slipstream yet longer daytime video coming when more work is done hud is still just placeholder needs the parachute mechanism from the vertibird (all done)
